Your class provides a bonus to skill success rate when using skills from your own guild's category. Higher tiers provide larger bonuses:

Skill success rate is calculated as: Skill Proficiency + Player Level + Class Bonus. When the total exceeds 100, the overflow becomes a power multiplier for extra damage or healing.
